Payment method

The payment of the ORDER will be made online on the WEBSITE, through a secure payment gateway, the payment of your order can be made with a credit card (through stripe bank data protection) or if you prefer through PayPal.

Stripe is a secure method. It uses a very strong encryption code (the AES-256 encryption system) that guarantees the confidentiality of the private and banking data of each customer, as well as the merchant. Stores using the Stripe platform allow payment with credit or debit cards from the Visa, MasterCard, and American Express networks.

Stripe does not sell your financial account information to third parties, including sellers, and the same is required of vendors. When our service providers obtain your personal data, they may only use it to perform services for Stripe or to comply with legal requirements. Therefore, the purchase is not only guaranteed, but also the processing of each user's personal data and bank details.

ROOFA SPAIN S.L. reserves the right to suspend all procedures and delivery of ORDERS in the event that it is unable to make the payment for any reason, non-payment or denial of authorisation to pay by credit card by officially accredited and regular Internet organisations. In this case, the contract will be considered not finalized and, therefore, the sale will not be formalized.

ROOFA SPAIN S.L. reserves the option of refusing to process an ORDER from a BUYER who is not up to date with the payment, in whole or in part, of a previous ORDER or with which they have not resolved a payment incident.

ROOFA SPAIN S.L. It is not responsible for any misappropriation or fraudulent use of any payment method that has not been detected by the verification procedure. The BUYER insures ROOFA SPAIN S.L.  that you have the necessary authorizations to use the payment method you have chosen for your ORDER.

No fraudulent use of the bank card may give rise to any refund by ROOFA SPAIN S.L.
